Directions from the north and west:

Come off the A19 route at the Doxford International roundabout onto A690 towards Sunderland City Centre. This road takes you onto the Barnes Public House roundabout where you follow route signposted Eye Infirmary and Teesside - round and to your right. You then bear left following the same signs.This leads to a roundabout that you cross and one hundred yards on the right is the Rosedene Pub. As you look ahead you will see a set of traffic lights. Turn left at these traffic lights and this is Ashbrooke Range which runs onto The Cedars. On your right hand side are large Victorian houses and on your left a park. The Cedars Nursery is one hundred yards from the top of road on your right.

Directions from the south:

Follow the main Teesside A19 route Northwards and take the first Sunderland turn-off which takes you through Ryhope. Go straight over this roundabout and you come to a set of traffic lights. Go straight over these and you come to another roundabout which you once again go straight over. Follow the road until you come to a staggered junction with two sets of traffic lights, go across the first and turn left at the second where the Garage is on your left hand side. The Cedars Nursery is one hundred yards on your left with the Backhouse Park to your right.

Directions from north, south and west:

Come off the A1 Western By-Pass at the Denton Burn roundabout onto the A186 Westgate Road and head towards the Newcastle General Hospital and Newcastle City Centre. Continue along Westgate Road, over three roundabouts until you reach the General Hospital on your left. The Cedars Nursery is on your right, at the corner of Grainger Park Road, directly opposite the General Hospital.

From Gateshead, head along the A184 Askew Road towards the A1 Western By-Pass. Turn off at the Redheugh Bridge, crossing the River Tyne heading towards Newcastle City Centre, past the Newcastle Arena on your left. Keep going straight ahead up Blenheim Steet until you reach the crossroads with Westgate Road. Turn left at the crossroads onto Westgate Road and continue on until you reach The General Hospital on your right. The Cedars Nursery is on your left, at the corner of Grainger Park Road, directly opposite the General Hospital.

Directions from central Newcastle:

Join Westgate Road at the Junction with the A189, head up Westgate Hill over 2 sets of traffic lights. The Newcastle General Hospital will be on your right. Turn left at the next set of traffic lights. The Cedars Nursery is on your right opposite the Hospital.
