The Cedars Nursery is well respected private day nursery based in Fenham (opp. Prospect Medical Centre) in Newcastle upon Tyne which has been operating for over twenty years. We have three age groups, 3 months - 2 years, 2 year olds, and a pre-school which are led by room leaders. Responsibilities:

• Take care of children of pre-school age.

• Look after children's health, comfort and safety while they are in the nursery.

• Provide a stimulating and safe environment for all children in the nursery.

• Encourage the social, emotional, intellectual and physical development of each child.

• Ensure children wash their hands before meals.

• Help each child to make choices and become more independent.

• Assist children to develop self-help skills.
